Two decisions that change how you can use a finished spreadsheet: how to store an identifier, and what each row should represent.
Reference data
The UN Statistics Division lists Albania as 008 in M49 and ALB in ISO alpha-3. A spreadsheet that reads 008 as a number displays 8. A text lookup for the published code can then miss the country entirely.
Keep the two identifiers in separate columns. In Excel, store M49 as text. When importing a CSV, set that column to text before loading it.

Product research
Raspberry Pi lists five memory configurations for the Pi 5: 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 GB. Recording only 16 GB against the family name can make a lower-memory board look suitable for a buyer who needs at least 8 GB.
For a variant comparison, use one row per capacity. Keep the family name in its own column so the buyer can filter by memory and still group the results.

Start with the finished table you have in mind. Here is what you provide, what we check and how the file reaches you.
Download an Excel template ↓Upload a CSV or Excel template with your column names in the first row. Tell us what each row represents, how many records you want and any rules for inclusion. An example row helps when a heading could mean more than one thing.
We read your template and return the column names, requested record count, file format, tax-inclusive USD total and estimated delivery window. You can change the brief and request a new quote. The delivery window starts when payment is confirmed.
Once a paid order enters the queue, we work through the public pages in your brief. If you have no preferred URLs, request source research and describe the organisations, markets or publications you want us to cover. You can close the page while work is underway.
We match source fields to your columns, remove duplicate rows and check the record count. If a page is inaccessible, the evidence is incomplete or your brief calls for judgement, the order goes to review. Exact table requests can be released automatically when the columns and count match.
Your finished CSV or Excel file includes the requested columns and a source URL for each record. When it is ready, we email a private download link. The private order link supplied with your quote also lets you check progress and retrieve the file.
Give each row a clear meaning. Include the date range, units and exclusions that someone reading the final file would need to know.
